Femi Ayandipe Aliyu was born in Odeomu, Ayedaade Local Government, Osun state of Nigeria.
He did his primary and secondary school in Odeomu at St. Michael and Odeomu High School respectively. He graduated in Osun state College of Technology Esa Oke, Osun state in Estate Management in year 1999. He did his youth service in Ebonyi State in year 20000.He did his Post Graduate Degree in Land Administration at Ado Bayero University in 2010 and is currently pursuing his Masters in Facility Management at University of Port Harcourt.
He started work with Estate firm of Adegboyega Ojo and co at 36, Marina street, Lagos Island in 2021. He also worked with AL Monsour properties located at 105 Ikorodu Road, Fadeyi bus stop. Lagos.in 2002 to February 2003.
He joined jide taiwo and co in year 2003 in Agege branch, moved to it’s Ikeja and Apapa central valuation branch. He was transferred to it’s Kano office as Head of valuation, later transfered to Uyo office Akwa Ibom State in in 2012 as branch manager. He was transferred to Port Harcourt office in year 2017 as General Manager and later promoted to General Manager South south/ South East. He resigned from Jide taiwo and co service with his current position in 2023 and decided to open his Estate firm ‘ Femi Ayandipe and co.

He has provided effective property management, lease and sales services for numerous highly profiled individuals and companies.
He has also participated in valuation for commercial banks, schools hotels and companies such as Africa Textile company in Kano, Holbon Nig ltd.kano,. Kano plastic company, Agricultural farms in Uyo and Calabar, Syringe company in Akwa Ibom State,. Oil serv limited , Alcon Nig Ltd, Assets of Genesis foods, Sundry Foods and Sundry market i.e Market square and Kilimanjaro. Assets of Azikel Groups of company, Liquid bulks all in Port Harcourt to mention few.
